VIEW REVIEWS


1. To access the review settings, go to iwdagency.com

2. Click 'Menu' in the top right and then 'My Account' sign into your account

3. Select the 'Reviews' link on the left. When the 'Reviews' tab is selected from the top menu you can view all of your customer reviews. To see more reviews, scroll down the page and select a new page number


CHANGE STATUS OF A REVIEW


1. To access the review settings, go to iwdagency.com

2. Click 'Menu' in the top right and then 'My Account' sign into your account

3. Select the 'Reviews' link on the left 

4. A review's status can be found in the bottom right corner of the review's block. To change this status, click on the status button and select a new status option from the drop down.



COMMENT ON A REVIEW


1. To access the review settings, go to iwdagency.com

2. Click 'Menu' in the top right and then 'My Account' sign into your account

3. Select the 'Reviews' link on the left 

4. To add a comment to a review, click the 'Add Comment' button in the bottom left corner of the review's block

5. Type your comment in the text box where it says 'Add comment...'

6. Click the 'Comment' button to the right of the text box
