IWD Agency includes 90 days of free upgrades for all Magento extensions. If a newer version of the extension is released within the 90 days then you will be able to access and download this new version for free.
Can I purchase a longer upgrade period?
Yes, you can extend your upgrade period by 90, 180, or 360 days. When adding the extension to your shopping cart, select the desired amount of upgrade days. You may also increase this amount after purchasing the extension in the Download Center.
Follow these steps to download the latest version of the extension:
- Login to your customer account
- Select the customer account icon in the header to be directed to the Download Center
- In the Download Center you will see all of your purchased extensions
- If a newer version is available then you will see a 'Download' button
Important: you will only be able to download the latest version of the extension if you have an active upgrade plan.
Register for update notifications:
If you would like to be notified when a new version of the extension becomes available, then please navigate to the download center, locate the extension you would like to be notified about, and select the 'Notify Me' button.
Does the 90 days include free support?
If there is a bug in the extension then IWD Agency will fix this issue for free. If however there is a conflict with our extension and your website template or existing extensions then our support team will provide an accurate estimate to help you resolve these issues. For One Page Checkout customers, access to our support team is restricted to Pro users.
