Default Configurations
  • Meta Title - provides helps to the search engine to understand the content of your page
  • IWD Login/Account Creation Checkout Experience - If enabled, users will be able to checkout without logging in. Existing customers will have the order associated with their account, while guests will have an account created for them. If the user presses the Create Account button on the success page a create password section will appear.  
  • Show discount form? - Enables/Disables discount form in a store view
  • Show comment field? - Enables/Disables comment field in a store view
  • Show gift message form? - Enables/Disables gift message form in a store view
  • Show Subscribe to Newsletter? - Enables/Disables field in a store view

Google analytics web experiment

Enable - Enables/Disables google analytics functionality
To use Google Analytics Web Experiments you should enable and configure Google Analytics for your website in “System/Sales/Google API’. Also you should configure 2 variant (pages) of experiment "Native checkout page" - original page(with url "@your_store_url@/checkout") and "IWD Checkout Page"(with url "@your_store_url@/onepage").



ADDRESS VALIDATION

The following feature is for PRO users only.

GENERAL

Enable

  • Activate address validation during the checkout process to validate the customer's shipping address is valid

Allow Invalid Address Checkout

  • If yes, then customers with an invalid address will be able to place their order. If no, customer will have to provide a valid address to place order.


CONTENT

Validation Pop-Up Title

  • Specify the title of the validation pop-up. By default this is set to 'Address Cannot Be Verified"

Invalid Address Message

  • Specify the error message shown to the customer. By default this is set to 'Please review your billing address and make any necessary changes.'

Original Address

  • Specify the title for the customer's original address. By default this is set to 'Use original address:'

Suggested Address

  • Specify the title for the suggested address. By default this is set to 'Use suggested address:'

Validation Service

  • Select the service that will be used to validate the customer's shipping address. Choose from:

  • Test Mode - Set to 'yes' if you are using UPS test account. Set to 'no' if you are using live account

USPS

  • Test Mode - Set to 'yes' if you are using USPS test account. Set to 'no' if you are using live account

The following feature is for PRO users only.

Enable Store Credit Functionality

  • Enable / disable the option to issue store credits to your customers. Customers that have store credits may use them as a form of payment at checkout.

Show Store Credit History to Customers

  • If yes then customers will see a table in their customer account that displays the history of their store credits

Refund Store Credit Automatically

  • Choose whether store credit will be a default refund method or not

Store Credit Update Email Template

  • Select the email template used to notify customers when a change has occurred for their store credits.
