To give a customer store credit using the One Page Checkout, follow these steps:
1. In the Magento admin panel, select a customer’s account
2. Navigate to the tab called ‘IWD Store Credit’
3. In the Update Balance
section
you can select which website and amount to give the customer in store credit
4. When ready you can save your changes and choose to notify the customer of their new balance
