When an order, order comment, invoice, shipment, and a credit memo is deleted, the Order Manager automatically creates a backup. This is a precaution in the event information is deleted by accident.


To access the backups for orders, please follow these steps: 

1. Go to Sales -> Backups Deleted Sales -> Sale






To access the backups for an order's comments, please follow these steps: 

1. Go to Sales -> Backups Deleted Sales -> Comments
