Follow these steps to access and export the customer's design requirements for their order and send to production.
1. Go to Sales -> Orders and select a customer's order
2. To export the customer's design, select the "Designer Export" button at the top of the page
3. The exported file will contain the following information:
- Uploaded Images - any images that the customer uploaded when designing the product will be included in the file
- Result Image - a final design of the product will be shown based on the final design that the customer approved when designing the product
- Design CSV - a detailed csv file that can be sent directly to the printer which will include: colors, text, exact location of images / text
4. To preview the customer's design directly from the order, scroll down to the "Items Ordered" section and you will see a preview of the design and the specifications:
